Dr. Rose appointed Commissioner of the Florida Transportation Commission by Governor Charlie Crist

Palm Harbor, FL - April 2008 - Governor Charlie Crist recognizes Dr. Rose's leadership and executive skills with an appointment to the Florida Transportation Commission. Dr. Rose will serve as a Commissioner from April 1, 2008 to September 30, 2011. The commission's role is to provide oversight on policy over the Florida Dept of Transportation. Dr. Rose's military experience at the federal level and his executive experience in the private sector and as founder of Rose Radiology should serve well in making sure Florida's tax dollars are spend well. Dr. Rose says, "I'm honored by this appointment and I hope my life's experiences and executive knowledge and decision making skills will serve the citizens of Florida well while I serve on the Commission."
