THE WOMEN'S CENTER OPENS AT THE IMAGING CENTER AT BOOT RANCH

PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA, June 26, 2002 - Rose Radiology Centers, Inc. announced today that it has opened The Women's Center. This new facility features state-of-the-art mammography and ultrasound equipment to assist in diagnosing and managing women's health.

Dr. Manuel S. Rose, M.D., Medical Director and Owner of the center said, " I have been concerned that access to timely mammograms has been a problem here in North Pinellas County. By creating The Women's Center, we are addressing the community need for faster and easier access to women's diagnostic services. Our focus is in providing ' No wait' access to mammograms, ultrasound and CT scans."

The Women's Center is located within The Imaging Center at Boot Ranch; a physician owned and operated Diagnostic Radiology Facility. The Imaging Center opened in January of this year with Florida's 1st Weight Bearing, High Field OPEN MRI. The Women's Center compliments the "full service" focus promoted by Dr. Rose and his centers.
